Help needed in Tassie
Hey There,
I am in a bit of a pickle, I am currently in Hobart on holiday and have acquired some timber ( as you do, right??). I have sent home a few post bags already and have a couple of bits that are too big to find in the last bag ( or two ) is there anyone who has a bandsaw that would be willing to breakdown a few bits so that they will fit into a post bag ?? I have a few WA timber pens to swap for your time our some of the trimmings if you like ).

How big a bandsaw does it need? I have a Triton 8" bandsaw but do have access to a larger one if needed.
I'm in the Huon Valley about 50kms south of Hobart.Geoff

Hey Geoff
The thickist piece would be about 60mm thick and about 300 wide
I am heading down to Huonville on Monday, are you near there??

Hi Harry. Of coarse an alternative would be to duck into a hardware or Bunnings shop in your travels, and grab a cheep handsaw
I never forget anything I remember !!

Hey Pariss,
Don't think that I haven't thought about that, the Motel that we are staying in is having some work done, I will have a chat with the chippie in the morning,

Hi Pariss
Does it have to be a bandsaw? If it is just a case of docking I can help you. I am in Huonville.
