MDF - 17mm, 18mm or 19mm
G'day,
You know how it is, you get half way through planning a big project and your brain has a brainphart and for the life of you you can't think what it is. In this case I'm about 10 hours into Ketch-up and drawing up my router table and stuffed if my brain wants to work.
I could go for a 14km round trip to Bunnies and find out, but there's a simpler method.
MDF, is it 17mm, 18mm or 19mm?
If it's not 17mm then damnit I have to restart my Ketch-up drawing things are always faster the second time around.

Chris, Bunnings in Cran stocks both 16 & 18mm MDF in full sheets, probably best to give your store a ring to see what they have.
I think most of the MDF sold here is locally made stuff.

G'day Scooter,
You came in just in time. When I saw DavidG's email I thought bugger, now I'll have to post hoping Scooter will see my post re: what size does Bunnies carry?

If your drawing is so accurate that you'll tell the difference, you're trying too hard!

G'day Bittingmidge,
Except that I'll be taking the measurements from it to make up my cutting list.

I've learned loong ago, if you are counting on some sheet goods being a certain size, and this matters.
get your sheets and measure them before you start drawing.
Remember the thicknesses are nominal, MDF isnt too bad but ply can be all over the place.
