Not sure what you mean by Heritage Carpentry & Joinery. Do you mean hand tool work or restoring old furmiture/houses?

Anyway, The Sturt School for Wood may be worth having a look at.

They are in Mittagong. Do a Google for the details.

The Sturt course isn't specifically on heritage or restoration work, but a number of graduates have specialised in that sort of work. It provides the background to enable you to go on to most types of work. Ring them up or visit, and have a yarn to Tom and some of the students to see if it's what you want.

    Default Heritage Carpentry and Joinery

I have just returned from Wales and England where I have been working doing heritage carpentry. I did a couple of courses in Wales on traditional carpentry and have been working with a realy skilled tradesman over there.

I am hoping to carry on doing the same sort of work here in Australia.
There is quite a lot of detail in the old methods and it is very interesting.
I might be able to help you. My email is [email protected].
