Just after peoples opinions on this, given the little info provided. How accurate might it be?
What sort of questions could i ask?

If you seriously want to purchase it, I would ask the vendor for some photos of inside the cabinet. Also try to find out what the arbor diametre is and what the rpm is. Make sure that it is a left hand thread (if the thread is on the left hand side of the blade) so that the nut won't come off in use.
Have a nice day - Cheers

Well, I ended up putting a bid in and was the only bidder, so have scored a low cost tablesaw .
Mainly interested in it for putting a sled on it for do segmenting work on bowls and yes Gumby Pens so hopefully will do the job
Will be picking it up this afternoon and will let you know some more details once I have got itCheers
