Hi kroozzn
looks like no one's replied
Fine woodworking and Popular woodworking regularly carry articles on home spray booths (search the archives at both sites)
typically the home arrangements described in these articles consist of a four sided enclosure (three walls and a roof) with a furnace fan (it must be certified for an explosive atmosphere) at the rear to drag air across the work and the fumes and over spray away from the operator.
These sorts of arrangements are probably OK for spraying a few pieces a year, but if you're looking to spray finish the boxes you were talking about in your post on sanding sealers — 5 or 6 coats on 50-100 boxes per week — you may want/need something beyond a basic home set up.
Something to consider, some of the organic solvents, you're likely to want to use are considered carcinagens.
Neighbours who might not notice or care if you were only doing it once or twice a year are likely to get very upset if you're spraying for day or so every second or third week.regards from Alberta, Canada
