Identify sliding door roller assembly
I have an interior cavity sliding door with a roller assembly I cannot identify as there are no visible manufacturers markings. I have searched the internet with no result.
The nylon tyres on the rollers have worn away over the years.
I have attached some pictures.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I reckon the chances of positive identification are slim to none and the chances of being able to get an identical replacement are even lower.

Unfortunately, Elan is probably correct.
If you get some UHMW sheeting from your local plastics supplier then it may be possible to work up some replacement tyres on a lathe, or even a CNC router or laser.
* UHMW = Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene = stuff commonly used in cutting boards.
I have not seen any product from 3D printing that would be strong enough for those runners.

The door is not particularly heavy is it?
I would be looking at the spare parts at Bunnings, they have a pretty good range. Just replace the wheels with new ones, the diameter is not critical or put completely new carriages on it, I think you will find that the track will work with other wheel assemblies

I had a stuffed slider on my bedroom. A few years back I lashed out $70 at bunnings. I looked into it thoroughly and found the mid range option would do the job nicely.
It changed my life. Instead of forever fighting with the blessed thing it's now a fingertip proposition. I realise the track my be difficult to install in a pocket door, but fwiw I do think it's worth looking into. I could not believe the improvment.I'm just a startled bunny in the headlights of life. I think Ill drill out the riveted wheels and replace them with a similar one from Bunnings. Nothing in Bunnings like the existing carriage.

Have you tied this company https://www.rollerco.com.au/, if they don't have it most likely no longer exists, they may have a alternative

I did contact them and unfortunately they were unable to source a replacement.

Howard Silvers used to carry those rollers. They were replaced with a lighter weight pressed metal version. I haven't checked recently but they used to have replacement wheels.

Sliding door fixed
Thank you all for your suggestions.
I drilled out the riveted axle on the old roller wheel and replaced it with a Rolltrak wheel I purchased at Bunnings.
Had to reduce the diameter of the wheel slightly to fit but now door slides smoothly.
All good thanks again.
