    As promised, here are the photos of the jigs. the 350 x 350 original table has been extended to carry the full length of the bats and jigs. It is a slide on design, and is MDF 900L x 600W

    The first group of photos show the main jig, used for cutting the Vee in the bats. The 42mm wide spacer and the wedge are used to re-position the bats at the correct angle for each cut

    The second jig fits on the main jig, and is used to cut the wedged shaped handle at the exact same angle as the bat Vee

    Hi Dengue, this is fantastic. I'm think g about starting to repair bats local to me. Do you have plans or working diagrams for these jigs please?
