Kant-ly Edgebander?
I saw this interesting edgebander at the AWFS last week. Had a top surface measuring about 32 wide by about 18 or 24 deep. Had legs. Had it's own heating element, but used compressed air to heat up the preglued edgebanding. It even had a motorized spindle which seemed to regulate the speed of the process.
The machine that they had at the show had a broken cutter and so the guy there could not show us how it worked. It sold for about $1199. Seemed to be more substantial than the Freud table top unit that sells for about $350.
Problem that I am having is that I haven't been able to get a reply from the company. I sent messages from their website contact page, but no replies. If they are not even responding to inquiries about their product, how are they going to be when something breaks down?
Does anyone have any experience with this company? Please let me know how this machine is working out for you. Thanks in advance!
