This takes one back to how it was years ago when timber was readily available and cheap and cheap imports from China was something one did not contemplate.

I get the impression that these moden dewlings are not sound proof between rooms.

Very elaborate designs. Where's the fridge? I didn't spot one in any of his designs.

The design screed expressed by the designer states that the designing concept of the kitchen the fridge is concealed behind paneling which matches in with the general overall appearance.
