Default Ledge and Brace door question.

I want to make some ledge and brace doors. I am using cypress pine from the Pilliga. Should I glue the ledges and braces to the upright slats? Or are the screws sufficient? Thanks in advance,

I am no expert on these doors but I would think that screws would be best ... leaving room for expansion / contraction in the tongue and groove. I doubt that there would be too much vertical movement ...

    Regards

Thanks Rob. Your idea seems to be the consensus so I will go ahead just with the screws.
    Cheers,

Made my shed door out of cypress tongue and groove floor boards.
    Screwed only.
