Linbide New Zealand
Is it just me or are Limbide NZ the most condescending, unhelpful bunch of people in our industry.
I rang up today after ordering a router bit that did not do what I expected it to do.
I admitted that routers were still a bit of a black art for me, yes been in the industry on and of for 30 years and only now getting my head around these very clever bits of kit.
The guy "Steve" said no its all quite straight forward if you have any common sense.
Being a little taken aback at this remark I quipped that possibly I was just a bit thick then, to which he answered " well I could not possibly comment".
I have to admit I was looking for some help and advice from Linbide not this incredibly rude and condescending attitude.
I have since heard from others today, after fuming about this cal,l that this is far from unusual.
Anyone else had this from Linbide?
While I am about it could anyone point me at another company who will supply a good product and a friendly helpful service.
Cheers guys
Regards
Jon

Never dealt with them, but that really is inexcusably rude. Shame, because it's good to support a NZ company, but you shouldn't have to put up with that sort of behaviour...

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with Linbide. They are generally a good bunch of guys to deal with, but If you dont want to deal with Linbide direct, you can deal with me.
I work for a company called Robertson and Sinclair. Im their Waikato sales rep and have been in the furniture making business for 15 odd years. Any questions or enquiries, just call me on 0274 929 658. Will be more than happy to help.
Cheers
