I would have thought that if you had that much to spend then you wouldn't have too much trouble buying an antique long case clock. :confused:

Have you tried the antique shops or the auctioneers like Lawsons ?

Theres a cuckoo clock place on the sunshine coast hinterland in Montville that stocks clocks of all descriptions and they have a lot of long case clocks. Not cheap, but nice. Might be worth some investigation for you.
