Default Looking for Supplier of one of these

    G'day All

I am looking for one of these. It is an arbor for a table saw. If I can find one at a reasonable cost in Australia it would be great. Some available in the US but postage and the exchange rate make them prohibitably expensive.
    Any help appreciated.

    Brian

What's it for? If you're doing a rebuild you might be best contacting the manufacturer.

No good there. I do not have any part of a saw table. Looking at starting from scratch.

    It's a simple question.
Anyone know a source in Australia?

    Hello Brian,

I recall companies like Timbecon and Carbatec used to sell saw arbors for making your own table saw but I can no longer find any reference to them.

Chinese suppliers like Banggood and Aliexpress would probably be your best option; HERE is one sold by Aliexpress.

I think the question that everyone is asking about though, is why are you looking for an Australian supplier when you are located in France?

Many of the Hafco saws seem to have spare parts lists that imply replacements are possible (although not standard stocked items). A call to them would help clarify if that was a solution.

Edit: I think Brian is relocating back to Brisbane some time, which would be why he's looking for an AU supply option

    Thanks Chief Tiff

I have seen those. But the transport is up there.

In France most of the time working but come home as often as possible. Bit hard at present though.

Anyone else got any ideas? My budget is limited so looking for the best affordable option.

Lots of stuff on the internet but it takes forever to sort through all the useless information
