Local electrical wholesaler. Or get the sparky who installs them to supply them.

WHAT you mean someone professional do the job, yes will do. My landlord/next door neighbour is a sparkie.
In another time I had a switch that the router/power tool plugged into, from the other side of switch power came from wall socket, a simple knock with the knee turned it off.

They're made in China Tony so even if only indirectly you are dealing with China. As far as having to wait for it goes you just finished saying on another thread that it takes you 2 years to get anything done anyway.
What about this one? - KJD17B 250V 16A Start Stop Switch No Volt Release Switch With Emergency Stop | eBay or if you want to buy local - 230V Motor Stop/Start NVR Emergency Button Switch Lathe Mill Drill 16A 5Pin AU | eBay

Don't forget these have the freight cost included, Carbatec will charge you extra for it.

Switches similar to the CT paddle switch can purchased on ebay for about $20.

Off-On Red Cover Emergency Stop Push Button Switch 16A Power-Off/Undervolta E9K3 | eBay

For cheap skates like me the same basic switch (no paddle) is available on AliExpress for about $12. Then of course you need to make a paddle like Dereks.
I prefer to use 5pin switches so that machine interlocks can be connected to the switch.

I added a stop bar to my contractor saw. There is a dowel finger that rests on the stop button. I can knee stop the saw anywhere across the front or even a little to the side.

I also rewired it a bit as the leadin cable was frayed when I got it. I repurposed a heavy duty extension cord to run through the surface mount plug before the switch. When power is live to the saw the red night light is always illuminated.

Is this what you are looking for.
Carbatec Remote NVR Power Switch for Router Tables | Carbatec
I have this attached to the underside of my table. Used it for the first time the other week and it worked well. No regret buying it. Turned on the router and dust extractor at the same time. Easy to turn off.
As the router does not live in the table, being able to plug in (and out) was important to me.

Ok so here is another one a bit cheaper. https://www.timbecon.com.au/sherwood...able-switchbox
I think the next biggest problem is the wait in getting it.
