I don't have the rip sled to hand but there's a helpful YouTube video explaining it: Zero-Clearance Fence for MFT & Sled w/ Fence - YouTube
The normal single piece dogs are about 19.9mm whereas the holes are 20.1mm so there is a little play. This is necessary and doesn't generally effect accuracy, since each dog has precisely the same amount of play in the same orientation when used as a fence or for assembly for example. But for the rail, which is some distance off the table for thicker stock, the play was unacceptable to me which is where the Super Dogs come in. They have little rubber O-rings on the base that compress to take up any slop.
