Yes sorry my bad wrong way around regarding movement less in length than width.
Regarding lipping joints yes movement will be a problem with that size of top regardless of whatever joints you use, however is you don't mind seeing a little end grain, then instead of mitring the lipping you could butt joint it with the width lipping showing the end grain.
So this is a project that you will need to revisit once the table settles into it's environment and do some filling and polishing because there is no perfect method for joint solution.
The other thing to consider is leaving the lipping off for a few weeks giving the table time to settle into it's environment.
