Default [Melb] Where to buy 3mm - 5mm plywood?

    Hi,

I'm planning to make a shelving unit for small boxes (250x150x180) with interlocked sheets of plywood. (groove half through the length on cross pieces and push them together; also does anyone know what this method is called?)

As such i'm after some thin pieces of plywood at a low cost. Quality is not too important.

Does anyone know where i find the cheapest distributor for such in Melbourne? (Eastern Suburbs)

    Regards,
    Bismar

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything, but they

    Thank you fubar.

They have a sheet of 2400 x 1200 x 3 mm for $11.50 ex pine plywood. Is this considered a good price?

That price seems reasonable. You could also check with Plyco at Fairfield for a price. They have a great range of ply for all purposes. ( No connection etc, just a happy customer).
