I just bought two sets of Hettich from Plyboard Dist for $26 a set, 60kg capacity.
    The 45kg are cheaper.
Very well made and probably better than F** Yu or Sum C*** Pty Ltd.

Alternatevely there are Universal Timbers who have cheaper stock, almoist next door to Audel power tools.

Thanks Ian. $62 is to much, i need 12 = $312:eek: I have gotten them before of the chinese guy but via other people who have now vanished, Their are lots of cabinetmakers in Melb who get all sorts of hardware of him because its good quality and very cheap and im desperate for the addy.... It would also be good for others here in the forum aswell.... His were around $8 a pair and there was NO difference to Hettich or Hafele. But ill try Universal timbers

I'll wager there is, after a few months look at the running surface and bearings.
2x26=52, I'm afraid your final calculation has me a little baffled, maybe you can employ me to do your bookwork, we could make a fortune

Well iv used both types heaps of times and you are right about the quality, but its not that greater a gap. The chinese guys side by side to the others are completly the same. And my calculations are as follows - one pair =$26. I need twelve pairs, so 12 x 26 = 312:eek: If i can get them for $8 thats $96 a saving of 6.75 slabs of VB

Quick word of warning, UNiversal timbers, if you get mama you will get screwed, get the son, daughter or Emile.
The old dear is in her 60's and will grab every cent she can off you, go in looking like a tradie and you will probably get a better price.
