Default Melbourne timber and www show

    Hi all
After 6 hours of endlessly wondering around, looking for demonstrations, bargains and special tools, I was very tired!!!!...my back is killing me and my leg and feet are so sore. But the effort was way worth it!!!!!!... I saw the proper way of cutting dovetail joint from professionals (seem so easy). Bought some discounted goods, saw really good designed furniture, saw a range of timbers, got lots of info and met some of the members of the forum!!!!
After I left I regret not buying some tools I saw in the show, Like the Lie-Nielson dovetail saw and Veritas Marking gauge. Could do with a few more demonstrations, but it's costing me too much It is so easy to spend money (spend $200 of hard earned money in 15 minutes) When you see something and talking to the buyers you are addicted! Especially when you just started woodworking. The entry fee was also pricey and the zone 1+2 daily ticket was also very expansive. (could have bought some slab with the price of the two)

The Lie-Nielson replacement blade for stanley Plane was really good... improved my plane so much and EEE wax was also good.

Might not go on Sunday... but definitely will save up and go next year!!!

    Cheers!!!!
    H.S.
