Newbee here.
I am about to start my deck, just have a couple of questions that are playing on my mind, thought I may find the answers here?

Part of the deck is going over the top of existing tiled and concreted undercover area of about 4m x 4m with a 70mm fall to one end. I want the deck to finish flush with the bottom of the door framing which gives me 54mm from tiles to bottom of door frame (opposite end to slab fall of 70mm).
Plan is to use 70x35 tp F7 joists laid flat (to give me the correct finishing height of 54mm once 19mm Merbau is attached) secured with L shaped brackets dyno bolted into the concrete then bolted with 8-10mm bolt through the 35mm tp. Then use plenty of treated pine packers (will cut from off cuts and dip in oil first) between tiles and joist to take out any flex in the joist between L brackets where the timber is not sitting on the tiles.
Am I heading in the right direction?? Any further ideas much appreciated.

The next part of the deck is about 6m x 8m running off this already concreted / tiled area. I have about 300mm clearance.
Plan is to us 90x90 tp F7 H4 posts set at about 1300mm spacing, then each side of the posts run 90x45 tp F7 as the bearers. These bearers will be bolted with 12mm bolts to the posts. So there will be two 90x45 bearers per post. Then of course the 90x45 tp F7 joists on top of that at 450mm centres, finished with 19mm merbau screwed to the joists.
Will this way of assembling the subfloor be sufficient?

I'm also trying to save a buck so I'm told this is the most cost effective way without compromising quality.

These are the only 2 questions I'm a little unsure about - any tips or ideas greatly appreciated. Hope it all makes sense.

Cheers!
