Need Mirror cut or Resilvered - help? $$$'s Brisbane
G'day, I have a Large Buffett with mirror,
It needs to be either re-silvered or replaced
The catch for replacing:
It is shaped with tight internal bevels, 2 mickey mouse ears on the top corners
If you can suggest anyone who can do this, that would be great
Either reply here,
or call the shed - (07)3892 4655
Thanks - Simon

Suggest you call some glaziers, supply image with measurements for a quote. They may have a different price if the cabinet can be taken to their workshop rather than them coming to you.

From my experience, glaziers today aren't interested in resilvering, largely because of the cost, much easier and cheaper to replace. Although the bevels will make the cost a good bit more.

Clint, I will take a photo of the piece it goes into when I get on to the job to restore, the glass is packed away in the rack and will be for quite some time
