Right Place Right time
Doesn't happen often, but I was at work and they were about to throw 3 lengths of 6" flex ducting and 12 lengths of 4" (Brand new) in the bin. Looked up the internet and find 4" at US$3.66 a foot and 6" at US$5.76 a foot.
Sorry had to gloat
