Mitre-slot bar material
I have a BAS-350B Bandsaw which has T slot mitre guides. I have a few ideas for jigs and am trying to source either polycarb or metal bars that will fit the slots. Any ideas please.
Regards

3/4 x 3/8 UHMW works well. I have it on a couple of jigs
Polycarbonate Sheets & UHMW Polyethylene Lengths : CARBA-TEC
Or one of these, or the Incra equivalent.
Mitre/Jig Bar 450mm (18") Anodised : CARBA-TECThose were the droids I was looking for.

Steel bars
If you measure the size of the slot (width x depth) accurately with verniers and then go into an engineering supplies shop Blackwoods or a bearing/drivetrain shop and ask for key steel in the size you measured they should have something in a standard size that might just be right, they come in 300mm lengths and are very accurate so be careful with the measuring because a poofteenth over and it won't fit, they will be available in metric and fractional sizes, if you definately want steel and there is something a smidge undersize (loose in slot) I can show you a little trick to make it just perfect, some metal working ability is required tho.
