Does any body have any suggestions on how i can make this molding using a router? what bits would be best used

sorry it's too late at night to have a real good go at an answer to this
but if you have a look at the carb i tool cattledog you should be able to work it out, http://www.carbitool.com.au/
but looks like you'd need a rounding over bit for the bottom and maybe a panel bit to do the top, or what I would call a panel bit

Looks like you could use a raised panel bit and a double edge radius bit.
From Carb-I-Too you could try raised panel bit Part No TOG 57B 1/2
and radius bit TDA 194-5 MB 1/2.
