    Default Morriset East - help wanted

    Hi
    My brother in-law has been bitten by the woodworking bug and needs some direction and assistance. I'm in Qld. and he lives in Morisset East (south of Newcastle).

    we are 30 minutes away and do private and group lessons.

    Newcastle also has a very strong wood turners club, and triton club and several mens sheds if he is in need of some mateship.

    G'day Robert,

    Although I'm not a member I'd recommend he go and have a look at Woodturners of the Hunter.
    I thought about joining up to do a basic boxmaking course last year but couldn't make it to the meetings. They have a well equipped workshop and the blokes seemed to be very keen to help beginners.
