    Default Mountain Ash WTB

    Hi there, newbie here (well my old account must have been disabled as I hadn't used it for a while.)

    I am trying to find a place that sells Mountain Ash DAR. I want it for some custom framing I am doing to match furniture I have in the house.
    Looking between 65-90mm wide and 20-30mm deep.

    I live in the Newcastle, NSW area and have done a ring around without success. I travel to Central Coast and parts of Sydney regularly for
    work so if anyone knows a good place I'd appreciate it.

    Hi Al. KDHWD is sold by many outlets and often is Eucalyptus Regnans (Mountain Ash) Vic Ash and Tas Oak are another two trading names for the same timber. Plenty of it here in Vic not sure how ubiquitous it is Newcastle

    Bit out of your way but you could try Mathews Timber at St Mary’s. Last time I was there they had a good range of quartersawn Mt Ash.
