Moving company
Hi all, I am moving house at the end of this month and plan to hire a moving company to help with the bulk of it. Can any one recommend a company in the eastern vic area ( box hill/ doncaster)that can deal with woodworking machineries too (table saw, bandsaw and planner). Looked up a few companies online and most just mention pianos and furniture or massive industrial machines.
Greatly appreciate any recommendation!!

Hi Harry,
I have used this company, Ironstone, Alex, a few times, although the last time was nearly 10 years ago. Owner operator that was extremely helpful and not expensive, besides all our house stuff and a piano (I reckon they are harder to move than any wood working machinery) he moved about 2 ton of wood I'd collected, plus a heap of other crap that at the time I thought was too good to throw out, etc. I used him to move my brothers tools etc, plumber (had been in a car accident), no job was too big or small.
Bottom line, I have recommended him on numerous occasions and never received a bad word about him.
No, I am not assiciated in any way, just a very happy customer to pass on details of a very good removalist.
