    Default Big oak table

I've got a big catalogue of work, forgive me if I post a lot of it up quickly but it seems the easiest way of showing you my stuff.

The client wanted a party table, seat at least 12, but not a conventional table.

The client wanted a wow factor.

The client has since commissioned a few other projects so hopefully we met the requirement for a wow factor.

The table is 12ft by 4ft 6", 80mm thick, solid european oak, with a triple ply veneer base on plywood

Definitely WOW. Gorgeous design and I love the whole piece. Nicely done.

I don't know the exact weight but it took 6 of us to get the top in the house.

    Amazing work.

How did you attach the table top?

Love the design. Obviously the enclosed base does not cause any leg problem for those seated. The base does make it different.

looked on google earth your workshop is in a lovely patchwork of green fields although right now I dare say they're covered in snow

The base is hollow, the top has a 12" deep box attached to it which sits tightly in the hollow box.
The top is so heavy you can stand on one corner and it doesn't tilt, so no need for fixings.

Yes we are in a rural location, but we get everything delivered.

We have a showroom in the local town, but are now moving it to the workshop as it makes more sense.
