Occasional table feet
I am looking for some ideas on making feet for a center pole small table. I hope to do the feet on the round of the center pole, meaning, of course, I will be using 3 feet. (Me' mate sez that this is more stable for a small table)
I really do not know what you would call these feet, ergo, I cannot search the net.
This table is to be built to the dimensions of 700mm in height total, with a 300mm table top. the feet should lift the center pole off the floor by about 100mm and poke out from the center pole no more than 130mm (Approx)
I am sure, with the brilliant minds herein, that someone can come up with a small design for me. Please
This table is a free-bee for a sheila I know!!!!
I'll post a photo when it is finished.
I am going to use a slab of Casurina or River oak, which is at present about 350mm wide by 75mm thick by 700mm long.
Regards
BB
