Default Paint options for TP decking?

The Thousandth time this has been asked

So after 10 days of solid hard yakka the new deck is in. It's 55sq m and replaced a very worn deck from 15+ years ago. I've used TP for the decking boards as we're going to rent the property out and then sell in a couple of years. With that in mind, and having read lots of other threads on stain v oil v paint, I'm settling on paint. (I'm reading TP staining isn't that good whereas paint lasts longer and gives a better finish, plus I need to do this in the next 2 days and can't wait for TP to weather)

What the advice on paint? Brands? Can I get something 'woody looking' or will it just look like any other painted surface?

Appreciate in advance any advice folks.

When I paint something I prefer to look at it from a point of view to last as long as possible. I start with a good undercoat from a known established branded company. I am not been specific as I have no preferences.

Personally I have not painted treated pine so do not know if or how it will react with paint.

For the top coat I am not sure myself but guessing that a non slip paint might be in order. I will wait and see what others think.

Haymes make a water based product called Deckspres (??) which I have used on a treated pine balustrade and garden retainers. Suggest you look on their website.
I think Wattyl also make a deck paint.
