    Yep.

    And pallets are constantly reused so your pallet may have been around the world a few times, treated several times and not all of those treatments may have been documented.

    But warehousemen are not dropping like flies, so I guess that any risk is relatively low. A good paint job should hide the problem.

    Looks like it's OK if new and looks clean with no chemical used stamps.

    Few are treated as such -But many coming into the country possibly have the container fumigated - "probably" not a big issue - imported furniture will have this too probably? local pallets are either pine (untreated -disposable) or hardwood - better probably not seasoned and often split planks etc.
