    Not sure mine are perfect but they are OK I like saw horses that are stable, flat, not too heavy, stackable, multi purpose, I made 4 of these a while back just out of reclaimed pine of some sort, the tops might have been step treads,

    If you make the leg brace long enough so the top horse sits on the btm horse you wont force the legs apart if you load up the top one, I also made 4 pony's (half height horses) I can have three work heights depending on how I set them up

    I made couple of the 14 minute sawhorse from the 39 free sawhorse mentioned above.
    Just used 90x45 MGP10 which is cheap as chips.

    Took me more than 14 minutes though ...
