I got Torquata Double Clutched Pipe Clamp from Timbecon and managed to get cheap pipes from this place:

How big do you intend to make those cutting boards, Jason? I have only used pipe clamps in excess of 1.5 metres long and they are a little awkward to use; you could use shorter lengths of pipe, but there are better options available.

The pipes I use can be joined using using a female connector making them longer.

    Default beware

Bunnings had some nasty Chinese ones with cast iron threads absolute rubbish. These were red and the threads were plated? I think, but you could see that they were sand cast - not machined steel. The other parts were cast as well as is common , but these broke Quite easily. Not the only ones that they had, but watch out for them.

Wow!! I so surprised by your assertion. BuNnInGs SeLlInG ChEaP ChInEsE CrAp. SaY It AiNt So!!

Just be careful when buying the cheap clamps. The locking rings dull real quick, making the clamps useless.
