    When I made my shutters a couple of years ago, no one in Australia would sell me the hardware, I ended up getting what I needed here Plantation shutter parts, shutter hardware, and repair kits., unlike the Australian companies they were quite happy to help, without me starting up a franchise or buying a kit.

    Hi Corders,
    I had the same problem years ago..no-one would sell me the bits, so I made my own pins from stainless rod and still going fine. The rest of the fittings I used general hardware some of which I sourced from boat shops. I used stainless.
