    Default Plywood bow/flex calulation

    Hi All

I'm a first time poster, long time reader, so hi!
I'm based in Sydney, Australia, and woodwork has been a hobby of mine since childhood.

I've been trying to find some information regarding a calculation to measure dimensions of plywood to minimise bow over a distance.
For example, calculating how thick a piece would have to be if it is x wide, and y long, in order to minimise bow.
Of course there will be a limit to how effective this will be, and reinforcing will have to come in.

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks!
