    Default Pool Table

    G'day all

Was given a very run down pool table which was almost unplayable so, son and I decided we would have a bash at making a table of our own. After all, we had something to copy from and get measurements. So here are the results. The base is 32mm MDF. Rails are dressed Vic Ash and the legs were made from laminated bench tops removed from kitchens by a cabinet maker mate.

Thanks for all the kind words forumites. Very much appreciated. The table does play very true, not at all like the one in "The Castle" It did take a fair bit of mucking around with leg adjustments and shims but worth it in the end. It now resides outside under the pergola (not enough room inside the house) and gets used nearly every day.
