Posi trusses VS I joists
Hi,
Could any one please help me. I am going to build the house for sub floor still unsure to use position trusses or I joist beam. If the deep is 400 mm , span mac is 5600 mm which one is better? I am looking for the strong floor which less bouncing. Thank you so much

Your structural engineer should have this specified in your structural drawings.
They should both have the same strength therefore much the same deflection under load but one thing that sparkies and plumbers like about the trusses is that you can run the wires or pipes through them without any drilling.
Just make sure the timber is rated for sub-floor use.
