Question for those who have made a wine rack
Hello everyone,
Just a question for those who have made a wine rack in the past. I've seen some pics of some on this forum and am impressed.
My plan is to make somethine similar to the one in this link (Click here). My finished product will be at least twice as long.
Now, what I am after is some suggested dimensions and sizes for the semi-circles cut out in the front and back to hold the wine bottle base and neck. Possibly also the height in between each row would be great too!
Thanks in advance for your assistance!
Cheers,
Nathan.

Been looking around at wine racks myself, the spacing between center to center needs to be about 100-120mm, allow 100mm minium between the rails. Also its good to have a slight angle between front to back to keep the bottle corks wet, or make the spacing between front/back rails enough to allow the skinny/top part of the bottle to sit on the front rail.
Those rack plans look very nice, I like the raised panel look.....................................................................

argh ya just make it up as you go along like I did with this one I built some years ago. Throw some timber together with some wrought iron, beaudafull!
