Some quick fixes and a Jig
time to do some quick fixes one new table top for Sue's carding table, one new work top for my old workmate type bench and a BS jig for cutting full depth (thanks to Fletty for his idea some time ago).

A very productive day Ray
I'd put a couple of braces on the right angle jig. It could flex away from the blade.Those were the droids I was looking for.

Ah more like a few days there Tony had some other things to do away from home.
No braces required as the two pieces are screwed and glued together and even with out the angle steel brace at the rear it didn't move, although knowing MDF and weather I'll keep an eye on it more for warp and swelling.
