Default Removing Screws with Burred Heads

I have the task of removing 2 screws from a kitchen cupboard, the screw head has been burred so a driver cannot remove them. Can anyone help with a way of doing this?

Can a dremel type tool get near the screw?
One of those cutting disc's could cut a slot for a screw driver.

Drill the heads off, remove the hinge (I assume it's a hinge?) then grasp the shank of the screw with some pliers and unscrew.

Otherwise you can buy a product called 'easyouts' You need to drill a hole first then a reverse tapered thread is then inserted and turned. They do work if all else fails.
