    Default Repeatable Circle Cutting

    Hi

I need to make a lot of circles out of say Pine to go into the end of 90mm PVC pipe to use in a Cat climbing tower.

I am thinking of making a jig for my router or using the bandsaw / jigsaw or using my combo belt/disk sander to make them.

What would be the quickest way to batch them out?

    cheers

Can you get a big enough holesaw to mount in a drill press. Would be about on par with cutting on a bandsaw, but eliminate cutting stock to blanks and drilling pivot holes for the jig. Loose a bit of time getting the plugs out of the hs though.
