Respirators
I may have asked this question before.
My daughter and her family have moved from Perth to live down south near us. A lifestyle change rather than a desire to be closer to the "olds".
She is a woodworker of sorts, currently making rustic furniture out of garden debris. She just loves to get into the workshop with me and is very useful.
Problem is, she has severe allergies and can't cope with being in the presence of solvents, thinners, most paints and various other stuff.
Does anyone know of a powered respirator that incorporates both dust and fume filtration.

sundstrom who do the respirator of choice for spray painters also do a powered version. it is a mask style machine. but it takes their standard range of filter elememts.
If It just for the tome when the solvents are in use I'd just go for a standard sundstrom mask with the appropriate element stack.
The elements clip into each other.
My rig is the standard rubber mask (a silicon version is available)
with an organic vapor filter and a particle pre filter.
Not real cheap but much cheaper than a powered filter, reasonably comfortable only minimal extra breathing effort.
