Latest review up of the Saw Jaw Blade Holding Tool -

Don't think they are available in Australia anywhere yet, but might be worth adding one to an order if you are bringing something in from the states.

    Hope it helps!

I'd been thinking of something by the way of the Bench Dog version, as having put a new blade on a while ago using the bit-of-timber-method I impaled myself through the fleshy bit below my thumb, so the comparison was a timely review.

I make things, I just take a long time.

Bought this same item from LV about 2 years ago. Also great for protecting the blade from accidental bumps that could cause damage.

I have a Blade-Loc also. It will get the job done just fine. The Saw-Jaw offers better protection of the blade when adding/removing to the arbor and for transport, but the Blade Loc works well too.
