You shouldn't need any fancy jigs, it can be done just with a (good) straightedge; that's how our Altendorf tech did it.
Normal printer paper is 0.1mm (about .004") thick, which is the clearance recommended by Altendorf for their machines, so just adjust the sliding table so that the straightedge barely grabs a sheet of paper all the way along the table.

I used to adjust my old X31 using a straight edge and paper for both the saw sliding table and the jointer tables. Works fine.
