Given you may be doing this a lot, why not make a T-square, put a track of sorts in the long piece into which you can clamp stop blocks which will block the router. IE a T-Square with two movable stops.

Sam you still use the adjustable dado jigs, you just install/clamp a stop block across in the right spot!(depends on dia size of router base)

I don't like using a router for cutting dadoes - it is slow and messy. I prefer to use a dado set on the table saw with a crosscut sled. If I need stopped dadoes, I rip off the edge of the panel, cut through dadoes, then glue the edge back on to stop them.

I'm wanting to put stopped dadoes on the back end of 13 drawers which are carrying the drawer base. I cannot use the traditional method of cutting the back piece narrower. ( because the backs of drawers are in view.)
Any suggestions welcome. ( was going to chop out the last dado section each end by the dovetail by hand otherwise)woody U.K.

Thanks Sprog,
I'm a bit of a show off, I wanted to show my dovetails on the furniture.
13 drawers 8 dovetails each draw =104 dovetails, done 12 todaywoody U.K.
