    Default Scary Sharp method

So, I've been using the Scary Sharp method for years now and have always had great results. I sharpened the blade on Danger Boy's new block plane last night.

It's been a while since I've had to do any sharpening though, so I'm sure that quite a few tools need some work now. The problem is that I've been drooling over the Worksharp 3000 for a while and now that it looks like I've got a fair bit more sharpening to do I'm more tempted than ever!

Derek Cohen (in the woodshop blog) did a post on them. http://www.inthewoodshop.com/Woodwor...amondFilm.html There is more in the sharpening section from memory. I got some and they work really well. None of the dishing the ultra fine stone stuff any more, great for M1 and M2 steels.
