    Default Selecting and Purchasing Tools

I guess that I am not alone when it comes to having difficulty in selecting and purchasing from the huge array of tools out there for my armoury. ..... especially when it comes to turning. Here in Australia, we really do not get much to choose from.
The biggest problem for me has been getting good information. The second, having a good range of tools to choose from instead of each supplier only carrying one brand, and then, generally only a minimal selection within that manufacturers range of products.

I've now found the perfect solution. I recently discovered (as a result of my wife's suggestion) The ToolPost in England. They have the most incredible range of tools for all woodworking disciplines at very good prices. The website is marvellous with an incredible amount of information and Peter, the proprietor is brilliant to deal with and an excellent source of information and advice.
With the high Aussi $, you will be surprised at how far each dollar goes.

I should make the declaration that I have no affiliation with the ToolPost and do not know the proprietor personally except through my dealings and have received no benefit. All I wish to do is share what has been a breath of fresh air and a solution to having access to a huge range of tools, with good information at fair prices. I am not sure how I will afford to pay my next credit card bill.

Anyway, if you have been experiencing the same frustrations as I have over the years, do yourself a favour and search out the ToolPost.
.......... and by the by, postage rates by air from the UK are very reasonable and less expensive than from the USA.
