Not sure if this is the right spot to place this but here we go anyway. Everyone including myself is very quick to bag a company for bad service but not so quick to praise good service. That said I just wanted to relay my lastest experience with Lie Nielsen Aust. Last Friday I placed an order online, sure enough I could see that it had ben picked up by the courier and scanned in at Adelaide. Monday I checked and no further scans for my delivery. Tuesday still nothing other than scanned into Adelaide (it should be in Melbourne by now). I called Anthony and explained the situation half expecting to be told just wait till the end of the wek before we can do anything, I could not have been more wrong. He and Venita chased the courier constantly for 3 days until my package was found and delivered (keeping me updated the whole time).
I really appreciated the effort they made to help me and will certainly be finding more tools I can buy from them.
