Where to source Dust Extractor Fan ?!?!?!
I have an "EMCO AS 5 Woodworker" dust extractor. The fins are virtually disintegrated and well-beyond repair.
Can someone PLEASE direct me to a supplier for a replacement?
Dimensions are:
Fan diameter : 275mm
Fan depth : 75mm
Motor shaft dia : 14mm
Keyway key dia : 4.5mm
Thank you.

Dont like your chances of a replacement part.
From what google search turns up they make metal processing machines like lathes and mills.(mostly in the UK)....................................................................

Thanks Harry72. I too, did a google and found nothing.
Surely, impeller blades, in general, do wear or break and need replacement.
I know Emco are no longer on the market but I am hoping there may be a compatible impeller that I could use that suites my unit's general dimensions.
Do other brands have replacements, I wonder?

Just my 2 cents worth but
Have you considered contacting people like Carbatec to see if they have anything they are dumping because of motor failure or someone dropped something on the sheet metal and they can be economically repaired. I picked one up at the recycling centre that turned out to need a starter capacitor, motor cooling fan and motor cooling fan cover but the rest works very nicely.
If you can't find anything the motor is still worth something and could help defrae the cost of the replacement. I wish you the best with the hunt.

There are companies in Aus that build blowers and fans. I go to AgQuip in Gunedah every couple of years and there are a lot of blowers used for grain drying. I sourced my fan and blower from an old coal fired furnace, so that would be another source-furnace blowers.
Have just done a bit of a search in both of these areas and found nothing!
Good luck.

I have tried just about all suppliers and am now waiting on a return call from Farmquip in NSW - they may have one lying around in the back - perhaps.
Not holding my breath, though.
Harry72 suggested JET in the USA - I would be grateful to receive their web site address or email address.
Last ditch effort.
Thanks a lot guys. I am very grateful for your input.
