working space for rent. Noooo Get outa here!
Middle of May " Telken " asks in if anyone has a lrg workshop and some spare space and, if he may rent that space.
I..... " MAY " .....have some space avail in a factory ( 2ooo sq ft ).
Sorry Telken. Fact is in Melb. FTG to be specific. $26o wkly includes insurances. And you can org your own anyway.

Some yrs ago I framed up seven larg rooms in a factory in Moorabbin, Vic.
Was for band rehearsals. Anyone could book in and,... in a sound proofed lrg room ....go for it.
Well. I don't think the logistics of organising a factory with 4-6 workshops is much to overcome. Cental Factory Key. Individual locks on the workshop doors. Seriously heavy doors too!. I've done it before.
I know ...I know. Soooo many issues to consider. Be positive.
Anyone interested in having a lrgr workshop???????
